Pandian is short, rather fat has a round face and

is clean-shaven. He speaks fluent English and wears gold spect- -acles. He has an emergency landing certificate issued to him by the Consul-General at San Francisco.

Chhana Dullabh is thin and tall. He has a moustache and

has a landing certificate issued by this Consul-General.
